Syeda (Zeema) Haque, PE
Founder & Principal Environmental Engineer
Syeda “Zeema” Haque is a licensed Professional Engineer and the founder of e3mas. With almost 20 years of experience in environmental engineering, regulatory compliance, and air permitting, she is known for her technical depth, thoughtful approach, and commitment to helping clients succeed.
Zeema’s background spans consulting firms, public-sector agencies, and industry support roles. Over the course of her career, she has developed air permits, emission inventories, compliance tools, and modeling analyses for facilities across Texas, Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Idaho. She brings particular expertise in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) projects, small industrial operations, and oil and gas facilities.
Her skillset is both broad and specialized: multimedia compliance (SPCC, SWPPP, EPCRA), Title V and NSPS/NESHAP reporting, emission modeling, GHG inventories, carbon footprint analysis, NEPA conformity, risk-based corrective action, and vapor intrusion design. She has worked extensively with models including MOVES, EDMS, SCREEN3, CACP, Promax, and AERMOD, and is pre-certified by TxDOT for Highway Air Analysis.
Before founding e3mas, Zeema served in senior engineering roles at EnSafe Inc., ESE Partners LLC, Modern Geosciences LLC, and Providence Environmental & Engineering. She also worked as an Air Quality & Transportation System Modeler at the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), where she contributed to regional conformity, MSAT analysis, and emission trend studies.
